Kitap okumay\u0131 te\u015fvik i\u00e7in belde ve k\u00f6ylerdeki kahvehanelerde k\u00fct\u00fcphane kurduk. \u00c7ok faydal\u0131, yararl\u0131 oldu. Vatanda\u015flar dini konular\u0131n yan\u0131nda sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel konularda da k\u00fct\u00fcphaneden yararlan\u0131yor. K\u0131raathane, kitap okunan yer manas\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor.
