Toplant\u0131ya Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130brahim Karaosmano\u011flu ve \u0130SU Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u0130lhan Bayram ve kurum y\u00f6neticileri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u0130SU Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc resmi yaz\u0131\u015fma ve ileti\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini elektronik ortama ta\u015f\u0131yarak; belge y\u00f6netiminde g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi elektronik imza ile garanti almak, etkinlik ve verimlili\u011fi artt\u0131rmak, takip edilebilirli\u011fi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak, maliyet tasarrufu sa\u011flamak ve kurumsal ar\u015fivin ula\u015f\u0131labilirli\u011fini h\u0131zland\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla EBYS sistemini kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130SU taraf\u0131ndan sistemin sertifikalar\u0131 al\u0131n\u0131rken, EBYS ile y\u0131lda 500 bin ton evrak, 2 ton ka\u011f\u0131t, 2 ton ka\u011f\u0131t i\u00e7in 4,8 ton odun, 880 ton su ve 15 bin 200 kilovat elektrik t\u00fcketiminden tasarruf sa\u011flanacak. 130 bin TL&#8217;ye mal olan proje ile, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan belgeye daha kolay ve h\u0131zl\u0131 eri\u015fim sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131ndan ve belgeyle ilgili bir\u00e7ok s\u00fcre\u00e7 kendili\u011finden, otomatik olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011finden i\u015f yapma \u015fevkini k\u0131racak mazeretler bertaraf edilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nKonu ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130brahim Karaosmano\u011flu \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: &#8220;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 T\u00dcB\u0130TAK ile yapt\u0131k, geli\u015ftirdik ve \u00e7ok ge\u00e7 kalmadan e-imza d\u00f6nemine ge\u00e7iyoruz. Bu sistem \u0130SU&#8217;ya pratiklik, kolayl\u0131k, g\u00fcvenlik ve \u015feffafl\u0131k getirecek. \u0130SU bu g\u00fcne kadar teknolojiyi en g\u00fczel uygulayan kurumlar\u0131m\u0131zdan biridir. Belediye olarak bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara \u00f6nem veriyoruz ve bu a\u00e7\u0131dan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nlerini a\u00e7\u0131yoruz.
