Toplant\u0131ya, akademik dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131ndan; Prof. Dr. B\u00fclent Y\u0131lmaz, Prof. Dr. Oya G\u00fcrdal Tamdo\u011fan ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma G\u00f6revlisi\u00a0 Tolga \u00c7akmak kat\u0131ld\u0131.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toplant\u0131da \u015fu konular ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Bir y\u00f6netim yap\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r (yerel komite, organizasyon komitesi gibi).<br \/>\n-Organizasyon Komitesinin 11 ki\u015fi olmas\u0131na karar verildi.<br \/>\n-Sorumluluklar\u0131n eksiksiz yerine getirilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u201cBa\u015fkan Sistemi\u201d kurulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Yani her komitenin bir ba\u015fkan\u0131 olmas\u0131na karar verildi.<br \/>\n&#8211; Komiteye Ankara gruplar\u0131ndan 2\u2032\u015fer ki\u015fi, Ankara d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki gruplardan ise 1\u2032er temsilci se\u00e7ilmesi g\u00fcndeme geldi.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kongereye kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n daha fazla olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in konu s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.
