G\u00f6z\u00fcm, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gere\u011fi olarak depo k\u00fct\u00fcphane anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan,\u00a0 ihtisasla\u015fma k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verildi\u011fini ve \u00fclke genelindeki k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin koleksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncellendi\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dcmit Ya\u015far G\u00f6z\u00fcm, \u201d\u00d6zellikle ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz iki y\u0131lda kurdu\u011fumuz edebiyat\u00a0 m\u00fcze k\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri, okumaya ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik kurumsal yap\u0131lanman\u0131n da\u00a0 temellerinden birisini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k\u00a0 bin 120 civar\u0131ndaki k\u00fct\u00fcphanenin kurumsal olarak g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, fiziki\u00a0 yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fct\u00fcphane koleksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00a0 yay\u0131nlar\u0131yla bulu\u015fturulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7ok ciddi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Bunlar\u0131\u00a0 dikkate ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bir okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015fmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik kamunun altyap\u0131\u00a0 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla haz\u0131rlamakta oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n uzun ve\u00a0 s\u00fcrekli olmas\u0131nda fayda g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201dOkuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kamunun deste\u011fi olmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kamunun ve ilgili sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n sekt\u00f6rle i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle okuma\u00a0 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmas\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funu dile getiren G\u00f6z\u00fcm,\u00a0 \u201dAncak \u015funu kabul etmeliyiz ki bu okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015fmas\u0131 tek tarafl\u0131 bir\u00a0 eylem de\u011fildir. Okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in mutlak suretle kamunun\u00a0 deste\u011fi olmal\u0131d\u0131r ama kamunun tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Onun i\u00e7in sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn b\u00fct\u00fcn taraflar\u0131n\u0131n yani yazar, yay\u0131nc\u0131, nihayetinde\u00a0 kitabevi, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kamu ile birlikte bir okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fmas\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli hedef olmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fmesi ile yay\u0131nlarda da bir \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ortaya\u00a0 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren G\u00f6z\u00fcm, \u201dBu durum da yeni bir okur kitlesini ortaya\u00a0 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Bu yeni okur kitlesi ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerin aksine edebiyat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir\u00a0 okur kitlesi olu\u015fturuyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201d\u0130nternet okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olumsuz etkilemedi\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nternetin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olumsuz etkiledi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki\u00a0 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere kat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden G\u00f6z\u00fcm, \u201dElektronik ortam mevcut klasik okur\u00a0 kitlesine yeni bir okur kitlesi katt\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma bu ciddi okur kitlesinin\u00a0 ortalama y\u0131lda 7 kitap okudu\u011funu bize \u00e7ok net olarak g\u00f6steriyor. Baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler hari\u00e7 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir \u00fclkesinin bizden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fcyorum\u201d diye\u00a0 konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye Dil ve Edebiyat Derne\u011fi Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdem<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye Dil ve Edebiyat Derne\u011fi Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ekrem Erdem, \u00f6\u011frenmenin\u00a0 yolunun okumaktan ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirterek, T\u00fcrk milletinin ise \u00e7ok okuyan bir millet\u00a0 oldu\u011funun s\u00f6ylenemeyece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201dOkumay\u0131 biz millet\u00e7e \u00f6zellikle son 60-70 y\u0131lda \u00e7ok fazla\u00a0 de\u011ferlendiremedik\u201d diye konu\u015fan Erdem, \u00e7evre \u00fclkelerle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin okuyan\u0131 en az \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Erdem, \u201dOkumay\u0131 biz insanlara sevdiremedik, yani \u2019insanlar okumuyor\u2019\u00a0 diye insanlar\u0131 su\u00e7laman\u0131n anlam\u0131 yok. Bir Japon, bir \u0130ranl\u0131, bir Alman bir\u00a0 Frans\u0131z okuyor da T\u00fcrk niye okumuyor. Okumuyorsa bunun sebeplerini bence\u00a0\u00a0 ara\u015ft\u0131rmak laz\u0131m. Bunun en \u00f6nemli sebeplerinden bir tanesi bizim kesinlikle\u00a0 e\u011fitim sistemimizden, bir di\u011feri ise dil meselesinden kaynaklan\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yeni nesile kitap okumay\u0131 ve kitap okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kavratmak gerekti\u011fine\u00a0 dikkat \u00e7eken Erdem, \u201dBunun i\u00e7in de \u00f6ncelikle bizim dilde birlik sa\u011flamam\u0131z\u00a0 laz\u0131m. Yani dil deyince, dil a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak kelimelerdir. Kelimeler de bug\u00fcnk\u00fc\u00a0 neslin anlayaca\u011f\u0131 kelimelerdir. Kitaplar bu \u015fekilde yaz\u0131l\u0131rsa inan\u0131yorum ki\u00a0 okuyan seviyesi artacakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn kitaplar okunmuyorsa, kitaplar\u0131n biraz da\u00a0 dilinden kaynaklan\u0131yor.
