B\u00f6ylesi \u00f6nemli kurumlar\u0131n, standartlara sahip olmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 bu do\u011frultuda y\u00fcr\u00fctmeleri son derecede \u00f6nemlidir. Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde standartlar konusundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, ilgili dernekler taraf\u0131ndan konu uzmanlar\u0131na dan\u0131\u015f\u0131larak yap\u0131lmakta ve t\u00fcm \u00fclkede hatta kimileri, d\u00fcnyada \u00f6rnek olarak kabul edilerek uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f e\u011fitim sisteminde okulun kalbi olarak nitelendirilen okul k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinin \u00fclkemizdeki durumunu, \u00f6zellikle kamu okullar\u0131nda var olmalar\u0131yla ilgili ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak, bu konuda sosyal sorumluluk hisseden Okul K\u00fct\u00fcphanecileri Derne\u011fi, 28 Nisan 2012 tarihinde ulusal \u00e7apta Okul K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri Standartlar \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftir. Marmara E\u011fitim Kurumlar\u0131 deste\u011fiyle d\u00fczenlenen bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay son derecede yararl\u0131 fikirlerin bulu\u015ftu\u011fu bir beyin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNitelikli Yat\u0131r\u0131m, Nitelikli Gelecek\u201d slogan\u0131yla, tek g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde iki ana oturumda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay, Y\u00f6netim, Fiziki Ko\u015fullar, Teknoloji, Hizmet, Koleksiyon (Derme) ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda belirlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n, bu ba\u015fl\u0131klardan biri i\u00e7in kurulan grupta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Sabah oturumunda, her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubu uzman iki moderat\u00f6r y\u00f6netiminde toplanm\u0131\u015f, \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rlanan MEB y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, IFLA standart ve \u0130lkeleri ile Sn. Kamil \u00c7\u00d6MLEK\u00c7\u0130\u2019nin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fcman ba\u015fl\u0131ca referans al\u0131nan kaynaklar olmu\u015f, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar de\u011ferlendirilerek, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla birlikte tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve ilkeler belirlenmi\u015ftir. Konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131na ait metinler olu\u015fturulurken bir sonraki sunumlar oturumuna haz\u0131r bilgiler bu \u015fekilde olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6\u011fleden sonraki oturumda, her alan\u0131n temsilcileri sunum yaparak belirledikleri standartlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya kat\u0131lanlara sunmu\u015f, tart\u0131\u015fmalar \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda standart \u00f6nerilerine yeni katk\u0131lar\u0131 eklemi\u015flerdir. Okul K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri Standartlar \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 olarak belirlenen isim, \u201cOkul K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri\u00a0 \u0130\u00e7in \u0130lke ve Standartlar \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131\u201d \u015fekline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00c7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n ve bildirgenin de bu \u015fekilde duyurulmas\u0131 karar\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubundan, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ard\u0131ndan genel bir sonu\u00e7 istenmi\u015f ve bunun sadece \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n sonu\u00e7 bildirgesi olarak yay\u0131mlanaca\u011f\u0131 duyurulmu\u015ftur.
