Ayr\u0131ca Kamu \u0130\u015fveren Heyeti Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Temsilcisi, Kamu G\u00f6revlileri Sendikalar\u0131 Heyeti Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ile Heyete dahil konfederasyon ve sendikalar\u0131n temsilcileri, Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Hazine M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Gelir \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n uzmanlar\u0131 dinlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin geneline ve hizmet kollar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik mali ve sosyal haklarla ilgili toplant\u0131 tutanaklar\u0131nda, taraflar\u0131n \u00fczerinde uzla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 konular\u0131n Kurul Karar\u0131nda da kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin genelini ve hizmet kollar\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendirir \u015fekilde tasnif edilerek yer almas\u0131n\u0131n uygun olaca\u011f\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hizmet kollar\u0131na ili\u015fkin toplant\u0131 tutanaklar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi sonucu, Kamu \u0130\u015fveren Heyeti ile ilgili sendika temsilcileri aras\u0131nda uzla\u015fma sa\u011flanan konulardan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n birden \u00e7ok hizmet kolunu ilgilendirmesi sebebiyle s\u00f6z konusu konular\u0131n kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin genelini ilgilendiren mali ve sosyal haklar kapsam\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kurulumuz bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer alan Karar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KAMU G\u00d6REVL\u0130LER\u0130 HAKEM KURULU KARARI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B\u0130R\u0130NC\u0130 KISIM Genel H\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kapsam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 1<\/strong>&#8211; (1) Bu Karar\u0131n; kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin geneline ili\u015fkin mali ve sosyal haklarla ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 4688 say\u0131l\u0131 Kamu G\u00f6revlileri ve Toplu S\u00f6zle\u015fme Kanunu kapsam\u0131na giren kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, her bir hizmet kolu kapsam\u0131na giren mali ve sosyal haklarla ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise ilgili hizmet kolu kapsam\u0131na giren kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>kadro<\/strong> ve <strong>pozisyonlar\u0131nda<\/strong> istihdam edilen kamu g\u00f6revlileri hakk\u0131nda uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) Bu Kararda d\u00fczenlenmeyen mali ve sosyal haklar hakk\u0131nda ilgili mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin uygulanmas\u0131na devam olunur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dayanak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 2-<\/strong> (1) Bu Karar\u0131n dayana\u011f\u0131, 4688 say\u0131l\u0131 Kamu G\u00f6revlileri Sendikalar\u0131 ve Toplu S\u00f6zle\u015fme Kanununun 33 ve 34 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddeleridir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fck s\u00fcresi ve teredd\u00fctlerin giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 3<\/strong>&#8211; (1) Bu Karar, ilgili maddesinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 bir tarihin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc h\u00fck\u00fcmler sakl\u0131 kalmak \u00fczere <strong>1\/1\/2012-31\/12\/2013 tarihleri aras\u0131nda uygulan\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) Bu Karar\u0131n uygulamas\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek teredd\u00fctleri gidermeye ve uygulamay\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmeye, ilgisine g\u00f6re Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Devlet Personel Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revli ve yetkilidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130K\u0130NC\u0130 KISIM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mali ve Sosyal Haklara \u0130li\u015fkin H\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B\u0130R\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kamu G\u00f6revlilerinin Geneline Y\u00f6nelik Mali ve Sosyal Haklar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Katsay\u0131lar\u0131n belirlenmesi ve \u00fccretlerin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 4- (1) 1\/1\/2012-30\/6\/2012 d\u00f6neminde ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) 14\/7\/1965 tarihli ve 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanununun 154 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi uyar\u0131nca ayl\u0131k g\u00f6sterge tablosunda yer alan rakamlar ile ek g\u00f6sterge rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131k tutarlara \u00e7evrilmesinde uygulanacak ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 (0,068835), memuriyet taban ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6stergesine uygulanacak taban ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 (0,92105), i\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, i\u015f riski, temininde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck ve mali sorumluluk zamlar\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131k tutarlara \u00e7evrilmesinde uygulanacak yan \u00f6deme katsay\u0131s\u0131 ise (0,021827) olarak uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) 399 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamenin 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin (c) bendi uyar\u0131nca s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan personelin \u00fccret tavan\u0131 3.611,50 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) 6\/6\/1978 tarihli ve 7\/15754 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli Personel \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar\u0131n 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131nda yer alan \u00fccret tavan\u0131 3.202,58 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00e7) 30\/11\/1984 tarihli ve 84\/8813 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131kta \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli Personel Hakk\u0131nda Hizmet S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi Esaslar\u0131n\u0131n 8 inci maddesinde yer alan Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131mn ayl\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00fccret tutar\u0131 3.725,80 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00e7) Mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca istihdam edilen s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin hizmet s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi esaslar\u0131nda yer alan ve 3\/1\/2012 tarihli ve 2012\/2663 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f bulunan taban ve tavan \u00fccretleri %4 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d) Mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca vize edilmi\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n, 2012\/2663 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f bulunan taban ve tavan \u00fccretleri %4 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e) \u00c7e\u015fitli stat\u00fclerde s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lanlar\u0131n, 2012\/2663 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan mevcut br\u00fct s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00fccretleri %4 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(2) 1\/7\/2012-31\/12\/2012 d\u00f6neminde ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) 14\/7\/1965 tarihli ve 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanununun 154 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi uyar\u0131nca ayl\u0131k g\u00f6sterge tablosunda yer alan rakamlar ile ek g\u00f6sterge rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131k tutarlara \u00e7evrilmesinde uygulanacak ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 (0,071589), memuriyet taban ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6stergesine uygulanacak taban ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 (0,9579), i\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, i\u015f riski, temininde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck ve mali sorumluluk zamlar\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131k tutarlara \u00e7evrilmesinde uygulanacak yan \u00f6deme katsay\u0131s\u0131 ise (0,0227) olarak uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) 399 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamenin 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin (c) bendi uyar\u0131nca s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan personelin \u00fccret tavan\u0131 3.755,96 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) 6\/6\/1978 tarihli ve 7\/15754 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli Personel \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar\u0131n 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131nda yer alan \u00fccret tavan\u0131 3.330,68 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00e7) 30\/11\/1984 tarihli ve 84\/8813 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131kta \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli Personel Hakk\u0131nda Hizmet S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi Esaslar\u0131n\u0131n 8 inci maddesinde yer alan Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131mn ayl\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00fccret tutar\u0131 3.874,83 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00e7) Mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca istihdam edilen s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin hizmet s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi esaslar\u0131nda yer alan ve birinci f\u0131kran\u0131n (d) bendi uyar\u0131nca y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f bulunan taban ve tavan \u00fccretleri %4 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d) Mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca vize edilmi\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n, birinci f\u0131kran\u0131n (e) bendi uyar\u0131nca y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f bulunan taban ve tavan \u00fccretleri %4 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e) \u00c7e\u015fitli stat\u00fclerde s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lanlar\u0131n, birinci f\u0131kran\u0131n (f) bendi uyar\u0131nca art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan mevcut br\u00fct s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00fccretleri %4 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(3) 1\/1\/2013-30\/6\/2013 d\u00f6neminde ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) 14\/7\/1965 tarihli ve 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanununun 154 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi uyar\u0131nca ayl\u0131k g\u00f6sterge tablosunda yer alan rakamlar ile ek g\u00f6sterge rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131k tutarlara \u00e7evrilmesinde uygulanacak ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 (0,073737), memuriyet taban ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6stergesine uygulanacak taban ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 (0,98664), i\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, i\u015f riski, temininde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck ve mali sorumluluk zamlar\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131k tutarlara \u00e7evrilmesinde uygulanacak yan \u00f6deme katsay\u0131s\u0131 ise (0,023381) olarak uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) 399 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamenin 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin (c) bendi uyar\u0131nca s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli olarak enflasyon fark\u0131m yans\u0131tacak \u015fekilde yeniden belirler ve duyurur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00dccretleri Y\u00fcksek Planlama Kurulu Karar\u0131yla belirlenmi\u015f olan personel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 5-<\/strong> (1) 21\/10\/2011 tarihli ve 2011\/T-20 say\u0131l\u0131 Y\u00fcksek Planlama Kurulu Karar\u0131; 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 ve 8 inci maddelerinin kamu iktisadi te\u015febb\u00fcsleri ve ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131klar\u0131nda 399 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamenin eki (II) say\u0131l\u0131 cetvele dahil pozisyonlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel ile 399 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamenin kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan kamu iktisadi te\u015febb\u00fcsleri ve ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131klar\u0131nda (haklar\u0131nda \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme karar\u0131 almanlar dahil) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personele ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak ve yukar\u0131da say\u0131lan maddelerin farkl\u0131 olarak uygulanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen h\u00fck\u00fcmler sakl\u0131 kalmak kayd\u0131yla, 2012 ve 2013 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde uygulanmaya devam olunur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) Birinci f\u0131kra kapsam\u0131na girenlerin 31\/12\/2011 tarihi itibariyle ge\u00e7erli olan temel \u00fccret tutarlar\u0131 veya s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00fccreti tutarlar\u0131, 1\/1\/2012 tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere %6.79 (2011 Y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ikinci alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin % 2.68 enflasyon fark\u0131 dahil) oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lmak suretiyle uygulan\u0131r. Devlet Demiryollar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmesi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131klar\u0131nda g\u00f6revli kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin kendisi ile bakmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olduklar\u0131 e\u015f ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in demiryollar\u0131nda y\u0131lda 2 kez \u00fccretsiz seyahat hakk\u0131 verilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VIII. TARIM VE ORMANCILIK H\u0130ZMET KOLUNA \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130N H\u00dcK\u00dcMLER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Koruyucu giyim ve donan\u0131m malzemesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 58<\/strong>&#8211; (1) 1\/1\/2013 tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 ile bilfiil m\u00fccadele eden Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ta\u015fra te\u015fkilat\u0131 personeline, hizmetin gere\u011fi olarak orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131yla m\u00fccadele esnas\u0131nda giyilmesi gereken koruyucu giyim ve donan\u0131m malzemesi d\u00f6ner sermaye b\u00fct\u00e7esinden kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere verilir. Giyim ve donan\u0131m malzemelerinin standartlar\u0131, hangi personele ne kadar s\u00fcreyle verilece\u011fi ve nas\u0131l muhafaza edilece\u011fi hususlar\u0131 ile bu malzemelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve yetkili sendika taraf\u0131ndan birlikte belirlenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yang\u0131n tazminat\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 59-<\/strong> (1) 28\/2\/1985 tarihli ve 3160 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re \u00f6deme yap\u0131lanlar hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ta\u015fra te\u015fkilat\u0131 kadro ve pozisyonlar\u0131nda bulunan personelden, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131na m\u00fcdahale esnas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan hava vas\u0131talar\u0131nda yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme faaliyetlerinin yerine getirilmesi amac\u0131yla fiilen g\u00f6rev yapanlara 1\/7\/2012 tarihinden itibaren her u\u00e7u\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7in (900) g\u00f6sterge rakam\u0131n\u0131n memur ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131 sonucu bulunacak tutarda d\u00f6ner sermaye b\u00fct\u00e7esinden kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere tazminat \u00f6denir. Bu \u015fekilde bir ayda yap\u0131lacak \u00f6deme tutar\u0131 (5400) g\u00f6sterge rakam\u0131n\u0131n memur ayl\u0131k katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131 sonucu bulunacak tutar\u0131 ge\u00e7emez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 60<\/strong>&#8211; (1) 1\/1\/2013 tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere, Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ta\u015fra te\u015fkilat\u0131 kadro ve pozisyonlar\u0131nda bulunan memur ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelden normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131na do\u011frudan bilfiil m\u00fcdahale edenlere d\u00f6ner sermaye b\u00fct\u00e7esinden kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere May\u0131s ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndan Kas\u0131m ay\u0131 sonuna kadar ayda 50 saati ge\u00e7memek \u00fczere y\u0131l\u0131 merkezi y\u00f6netim b\u00fct\u00e7e kanununda belirlenen fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saat \u00fccretinin be\u015f kat\u0131 tutar\u0131nda fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 61<\/strong>&#8211; (1) 1\/7\/2012 tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere, Orman ve Su \u00ee\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc orman muhafaza memurlar\u0131, resmi \u00fcniformal\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 s\u00fcrece belediyeler taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fletilen toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan \u00fccretsiz yararlan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IX. Giyim malzemelerinin standartlar\u0131 ile hangi personele ne kadar s\u00fcreyle verilece\u011fi ve nas\u0131l muhafaza edilece\u011fi hususlar\u0131 ile bu malzemelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar kurum ve kurulu\u015flar ile yetkili sendika taraf\u0131ndan birlikte belirlenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Madde 64-<\/strong> (1) 2012 Y\u0131l\u0131 Merkezi Y\u00f6netim B\u00fct\u00e7e Kanununa ekli (K) Cetvelinin &#8220;III- Fazla \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00dccreti&#8221; k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;A.
