T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in de Milli K\u00fct\u00fcphane ve Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Millet K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi ile baz\u0131 \u00fcniversite ve halk k\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fct\u00fcphane \u00f6rnekleri olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Peki, neden b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler kurulur?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En ba\u015fta, \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fct\u00fcphane\u201d genellikle g\u00fcc\u00fcn simgesi olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr. G\u00fcc\u00fc ve ihti\u015fam\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131r. Bir \u00fclkenin, bir \u015fehrin simgesi olsun istenir. O y\u00fczden de b\u00fcy\u00fck in\u015fa edilir. Genellikle s\u00f6z konusu sembolik ama\u00e7larla kurulduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in tarihte ve \u00fclkelerde b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fct\u00fcphane say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok de\u011fildir.<\/li>\n<li>Daha \u00e7ok ulusal\/b\u00f6lgesel nitelikteki (milli) k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerdir. Hem k\u00fct\u00fcphane kavram\u0131na uygun de\u011fildir bu, hem de b\u00f6yle bir gerek\u00e7e ile ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u00fct\u00fcphane yap\u0131l\u0131rsa yap\u0131ls\u0131n bir s\u00fcre sonra k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kal\u0131r, bu i\u015fleve yetmez!
