\u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Merkez K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi, sahip oldu\u011fu de\u011ferli ve zengin koleksiyonlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, derleme niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan tek ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitesi k\u00fct\u00fcphanesi olmas\u0131 ve hizmet kalitesi ile \u00f6nemli bir k\u00fct\u00fcphane olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Merkez K\u00fct\u00fcphane ve Nadir Eserler K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi koleksiyonunda yer alan de\u011ferli eserlerin korunmas\u0131, y\u0131pranmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi, kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n gelecek nesillere g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ulusal\/uluslararas\u0131 tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 amac\u0131yla K\u00fct\u00fcphane ve Dok\u00fcmantasyon Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli projeler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu \u00f6nemli projelerden birisi de Gazeteden Tarihe Bak\u0131\u015f Projesi oldu.<\/p>\n

K\u0131ymetli Gazeteler G\u00fcn I\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n

\u200bMerkez K\u00fct\u00fcphane koleksiyonunda yer alan ve bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr hazinesi niteli\u011findeki koleksiyonda yakla\u015f\u0131k 18 bin 422 adet cilt gazete yer al\u0131yor. Merkez K\u00fct\u00fcphane, gazeteleri Osmanl\u0131ca, Rumca, Bulgarca, Frans\u0131zca, Almanca, \u0130ngilizce ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli dillerde yay\u0131nl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r devam eden ve yo\u011fun bir emek i\u00e7eren Gazeteden Tarihe Bak\u0131\u015f Projesi; y\u0131pranan ve fiziksel olarak eri\u015fimi g\u00fc\u00e7 olan, d\u00f6nemin tarihine \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacak nitelikteki de\u011ferli gazete ar\u015fivinin entegre k\u00fct\u00fcphane otomasyon sistemi \u00fczerinden eri\u015fim sa\u011flanarak ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 ile bulu\u015fturulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Ayr\u0131ca; bu proje ile koleksiyonda bulunan k\u0131ymetli gazetelerin g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yarat\u0131larak t\u00fcm ilgililer ile bulu\u015fturulmas\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n se\u00e7kin gazetelere, istedi\u011fi yerden ve kolayl\u0131kla sanal ortamda eri\u015febilmesi, koleksiyonun gelecek nesillere korunarak aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve eserlerin daha fazla y\u0131pranmas\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesi de hedeflendi.<\/p>\n

\u200b\u201cGazeteden Tarihe Bak\u0131\u015f Projesi\u201d kapsam\u0131nda; g\u00fcnl\u00fck eri\u015filebilir \u015fekilde, 1928-1942 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f 55 ayr\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131ktaki yerel ve ulusal gazeteye ait 581 bin 106 sayfal\u0131k ar\u015fivden 32 ba\u015fl\u0131k, OCR tekni\u011fi ile taranarak ve bibliyografik k\u00fcnye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131larak Entegre K\u00fct\u00fcphane Otomasyon Sistemi \u00fczerinden kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n eri\u015fimine a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrmekte olan proje kapsam\u0131nda, teknik i\u015flemleri tamamlanan gazeteler sisteme aktar\u0131lmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n
