Bu k\u00fcmedekiler nas\u0131l sorulursa sorulsun kitapla temas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtiyor ve son 3 ayda ortalamada d\u00f6rtten fazla kitap okudu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Bu k\u00fcme a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak gen\u00e7, e\u011fitimli ve metropolde ya\u015f\u0131yor. Ancak, az\u0131msanmayacak oranda k\u0131rda ya\u015fayan, e\u011fitimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve 49 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc insan da \u201cokuyanlar\u201d k\u00fcmesine dahil oluyor.<\/li>\n<li>Arka arkaya sorulan okuma pratiklerine dair sorular\u0131n her birine ki\u015filerin okumad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belli edecek bir \u015fekilde ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 cevap vermeleri \u00e7ok zor. Bu ve bunun gibi bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 toplum ve birey davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 okuma prati\u011fine dair \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerde ufak farklar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<li>Okuman\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa toplum olarak inan\u0131yoruz! Okumayanlar ve kitapla temas\u0131 olmayanlar i\u00e7inde bile okuman\u0131n \u00f6nemine inanmayanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Hangi a\u00e7\u0131dan bakarsak bakal\u0131m, kitap okuma oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u2019nin \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplumda okumayla ilgili negatif ifadelere y\u00fczde 70\u2019in itiraz ediyor olmas\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 10 ila 15\u2019in de \u00e7ekimser kalmas\u0131 okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ad\u0131na olumlu bir tablo olarak yorumlanabilir.<\/li>\n<li>Az okuyanlar\u0131n ve okumayanlar\u0131n okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 olumlu g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. Okumaya dair d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, yakla\u015f\u0131m ve tercihleri okuyanlarla paralel. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla okumay\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rma kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda zihniyet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir engel yok.<\/li>\n<li>Son 3 ayda okunan kitap say\u0131s\u0131 soruldu\u011funda bir veya daha fazla kitap okudu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyenlerin oran\u0131 2008\u2019den bu yana y\u00fczde 30\u2019dan y\u00fczde 64\u2019e \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f durumda. Ayr\u0131ca bu art\u0131\u015f t\u00fcm demografik k\u00fcmelerde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ki\u015filerin kendi okuma durumlar\u0131n\u0131 abartarak s\u00f6ylemi\u015f olduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsek bile \u201ckitap okuma\u201dn\u0131n 11 sene \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha olumlu bir imaj haline geldi\u011fini iddia edebiliriz.<\/li>\n<li>Gen\u00e7ler daha fazla okuyor. Okuma ayr\u0131ca e\u011fitim, gelir, k\u00fclt\u00fcr t\u00fcketimi gibi parametrelere g\u00f6re de art\u0131yor. En fazla okuyan k\u00fcme \u00f6\u011frenciler.<\/li>\n<li>Okuma oran\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011finde birincil etken aileden gelen destek. Bu toplumsal bir avantaj olabilir.<\/li>\n<li>Hayat pratikleri daha k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 ve e\u011fitim seviyeleri daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olsa da kad\u0131nlar daha fazla kitap okuyor. Anneler de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na daha fazla kitap okuyor.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye, ortalamada 3 ayda 2,7 kitap okumu\u015ftur. Bu say\u0131 \u00abokuyanlar\u00bb k\u00fcmesinde 4,2 kitaba kadar \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00abOkuyabilirler\u00bb k\u00fcmesinin ortalamada T\u00fcrkiye geneline yak\u0131n bir say\u0131da kitap okumu\u015f olmas\u0131 potansiyel okuyucu olduklar\u0131n\u0131 teyit etmektedir. Okuma k\u00fcmeleri da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda oranlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 18,8 olan potansiyel okuyuculara okuma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki okuma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc anlamaya y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu \u00e7ok boyutlu ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n say\u0131sal verilerinin i\u00e7inde ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak ve incelenecek ba\u015fka ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 da bulunabilir. Avrupa ortalamas\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda h\u00e2l\u00e2 yeteri kadar okumayan bir toplum oldu\u011fumuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir, ancak okuma oranlar\u0131 artan ve ku\u015faklar aras\u0131nda bu konuda \u00e7ok geli\u015fme kaydeden bir toplum oldu\u011fumuzu da ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. \u00d6nceki senelerde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u201cokuyorum\u201d diyenlerin \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde artm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 bu konuda olumlu bir g\u00f6sterge.
