\u00dclkemizde \u00e7ocuk k\u00fct\u00fcphanecili\u011finin geli\u015ftirilebilmesi amac\u0131yla, fiziki d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, personelin bilgi ve becerilerinin de geli\u015ftirilmesi, K\u00fct\u00fcphaneler ve Yay\u0131mlar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u00f6nemli \u00f6ncelikleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck taraf\u0131ndan, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7ocuk k\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri ile halk k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinde bulunan \u00e7ocuk b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini modern bir i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f tasar\u0131mla yeniden ele almak; bu k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde \u00e7ocuklara y\u00f6nelik hizmetlerde g\u00f6rev yapan personelin hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek ve genel anlamda hizmetlerin niteli\u011fini y\u00fckseltebilmek amac\u0131yla, 16-18 Kas\u0131m 2017 tarihleri aras\u0131nda, Ankara K\u0131z\u0131lcahamam’da \u201c\u00c7ocuk K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131\u201d yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. Asiye Kak\u0131rman Y\u0131ld\u0131z (Marmara \u00dcniversitesi) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak olup; bilim kurulu ise, Prof. Dr. Co\u015fkun Polat (\u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131 Karatekin \u00dcniversitesi), Do\u00e7. Dr. Erol Y\u0131lmaz (T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi) ve Do\u00e7. Dr. Asiye Kak\u0131rman Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019dan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n amac\u0131; \u00fclkemizdeki \u00e7ocuk k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve niteli\u011fini art\u0131rarak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n topluma ve \u00fclkesine yararl\u0131 bireyler olarak yeti\u015fmeleri noktas\u0131nda, ya\u015fam boyu \u00f6\u011frenme ve okuryazarl\u0131k becerileri ile donat\u0131lmalar\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay afi\u015finde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, be\u015f ana ba\u015fl\u0131k oda\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapacak be\u015f grup \u015feklinde d\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya; k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik\/ bilgi ve belge y\u00f6netimi, mimarl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k gibi alanlardan akademisyenler, mimarlar, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneciler, \u015fehir ve b\u00f6lge planc\u0131lar\u0131, psikologlar, yazarlar ve ilgili kamu kurumu temsilcileri ile yerel y\u00f6netimler ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rden \u00e7ocuklara d\u00f6n\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 olan uzman ki\u015filer davet edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay sonu\u00e7 raporunun bas\u0131l\u0131 ve elektronik olarak kamuoyu ile payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 suretiyle, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lardan ve bilgi birikiminden meslek camiam\u0131z\u0131n faydalanmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
