{"id":13648,"date":"2014-04-29T13:24:38","date_gmt":"2014-04-29T10:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bbyhaber.com\/bby\/?p=13648"},"modified":"2014-04-29T15:21:06","modified_gmt":"2014-04-29T12:21:06","slug":"halk-kutuphanelerinde-kutuphaneler-arasi-odunc-verme-hizmeti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbyhaber.com\/bby\/2014\/04\/29\/halk-kutuphanelerinde-kutuphaneler-arasi-odunc-verme-hizmeti","title":{"rendered":"Halk K\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinde K\u00fct\u00fcphaneler Aras\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 Verme Hizmeti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbyhaber.com\/bby\/category\/bbymevzuat\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Halk K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;nin<\/strong><\/span><\/a> 23.maddesinde belirtilen hususlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde\u00a0<strong>k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme hizmeti,<\/strong> \u00c7orum ve Giresun \u0130l Halk K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Halk K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MADDE 23<\/strong> \u2013 (1) K\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme i\u015flemlerinde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen kurallara uyulur:<br \/>\na) Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n gereksinme duydu\u011fu materyalin il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bulunmamas\u0131 durumunda, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme hizmeti yerine getirilebilir.<!--more--><br \/>\nb) Basma Yaz\u0131 ve Eserleri Derleme Kanunu uyar\u0131nca derlenen devlet n\u00fcshalar\u0131, dan\u0131\u015fma kaynaklar\u0131 ile yazma ve nadir basma eserler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan materyal, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verilebilir.<br \/>\nc) \u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 al\u0131nan materyal, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneye giri\u015f tarihinden itibaren bir ay s\u00fcreyle \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 alan k\u00fct\u00fcphane taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131ma sunulur.<br \/>\n\u00e7) Kullan\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcre bitiminden bir hafta \u00f6nce yap\u0131lacak ba\u015fvuru \u00fczerine, materyalin ait oldu\u011fu k\u00fct\u00fcphanenin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131narak, \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme s\u00fcresi on be\u015f g\u00fcn uzat\u0131labilir.<br \/>\nd) K\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme i\u015flemleri, Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131nda olabilece\u011fi gibi, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 anla\u015fmalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde di\u011fer kurum ve kurulu\u015flara ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler ile de yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbyhaber.com\/bby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/halk-kutuphanelerinde-kutuphanelerarasi-odunc-verme.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bbyhaber.com\/bby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/halk-kutuphanelerinde-kutuphanelerarasi-odunc-verme.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"427\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Halk K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;nin 23.maddesinde belirtilen hususlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde\u00a0k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme hizmeti, \u00c7orum ve Giresun \u0130l Halk K\u00fct\u00fcphaneleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.
