Otelin \u0130l \u00d6zel \u0130daresi’ne ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ilk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde otel i\u015fletmecilerinin istedi\u011fi y\u00fcksek rakam nedeni ile anla\u015fma sa\u011flanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bu durum \u00fczerine, Sivas \u0130l \u00d6zel \u0130daresi, kentteki Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131, Belediye ve Emlak\u00e7\u0131lar Odas\u0131 ile ortak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fer tespitinde otel i\u00e7in 4.5 milyon lira fiyat bi\u00e7ti. Ancak otel sahipleri sat\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in 17 milyon lira talebinde bulundu. \u0130l \u00d6zel \u0130darenin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 istimlak karar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan i\u015flemler de ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Otel sahipleri ile ikinci kez fiyat konusunda anla\u015fma sa\u011flanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, bu kapsamda olu\u015fturulan komisyon 6 ay i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayacak ve otelin \u0130l \u00d6zel \u0130daresi’ne ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatacak. Otelin kentte \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun istedi\u011fi gibi \u00e7ocuk k\u00fct\u00fcphanesi \u015feklinde d\u00fczenlenmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
