S\u0131nav Ba\u015fvuru \u015eartlar\u0131<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Genel \u015eartlar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u0131nava ba\u015fvuruda bulunacak adaylar\u0131n, 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanununun 48 inci maddesinin (A) bendinde yer alan genel \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. \u00d6zel \u015eartlar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Proje M\u00fchendisi Pozisyonu i\u00e7in;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(1) \u00dcniversitelerin yukar\u0131da belirtilen \u00f6\u011frenim b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden lisans d\u00fczeyinde veya bunlara denkli\u011fi Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen yurti\u00e7indeki veya yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndan mezun olmalar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) 7-8 Temmuz 2012 ve 6-7 Temmuz 2013 tarihlerinde yap\u0131lan Kamu Personeli Se\u00e7me S\u0131navlar\u0131ndan (KPSS) birinden KPSS P(1) puan t\u00fcr\u00fcnden en az 70 (yetmi\u015f) puan alm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(3) Son m\u00fcracaat tarihi itibariyle son iki y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde Kamu Personeli Yabanc\u0131 Dil Bilgisi Seviye Tespit S\u0131nav\u0131(KPDS) \/ Yabanc\u0131 Dil S\u0131nav\u0131 (YDS)\u2019den \u0130ngilizce alan\u0131nda en az 75 (yetmi\u015fbe\u015f) puan veya uluslararas\u0131 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi olup, dil yeterlili\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan KPDS\/YDS seviyesine denkli\u011fi \u00d6SYM taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen ba\u015fka bir puana sahip olmalar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(4) Alan\u0131nda en az iki y\u0131l i\u015f tecr\u00fcbesine sahip olmalar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(5) Bu pozisyonlar i\u00e7in daha \u00f6nce iki defa s\u0131nava girip de ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olanlar s\u0131nava kabul edilmeyeceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>b. Proje Asistan\u0131 i\u00e7in;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(1) \u00dcniversitelerin yukar\u0131da belirtilen \u00f6\u011frenim b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden veya bunlara denkli\u011fi Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan onaylanm\u0131\u015f yurti\u00e7indeki veya yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden birinden mezun olmalar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) 7-8 Temmuz 2012 ve 6-7 Temmuz 2013 tarihlerinde yap\u0131lan Kamu Personeli Se\u00e7me S\u0131navlar\u0131ndan (KPSS) birinden KPSS P(1) puan t\u00fcr\u00fcnden en az 60 (altm\u0131\u015f) puan alm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(3) Son m\u00fcracaat tarihi itibariyle son be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde Kamu Personeli Yabanc\u0131 Dil Bilgisi Seviye Tespit S\u0131nav\u0131 (KPDS) \/ Yabanc\u0131 Dil S\u0131nav\u0131 (YDS)\u2019den \u0130ngilizce alan\u0131nda en az 70 (yetmi\u015f) puan veya uluslararas\u0131 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi olup, dil yeterlili\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan KPDS\/YDS seviyesine denkli\u011fi \u00d6SYM taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen ba\u015fka bir puana sahip olmalar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(4) Bu pozisyonlar i\u00e7in daha \u00f6nce iki defa s\u0131nava girip de ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olanlar s\u0131nava kabul edilmeyeceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C. Ba\u015fvuruda \u0130stenen Belgeler<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adaylar ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131; M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131n internet adresindeki (<strong>www.ssm.gov.tr<\/strong>) s\u0131nav ba\u015fvuru ekran\u0131nda tan\u0131ml\u0131 olan bilgileri eksiksiz doldurarak, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen belgeleri son ba\u015fvuru tarihi olan <strong>17 Aral\u0131k 2013 Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc mesai bitimine kadar (saat:18:00)<\/strong> sisteme y\u00fckleyeceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) \u00d6zge\u00e7mi\u015fi (Ad\u0131, soyad\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenim safahat\u0131 (lise, lisans, y\u00fcksek lisans vb. \u00f6\u011frenim y\u0131llar\u0131 ifade edilecektir.), aile durumu, i\u015f tecr\u00fcbeleri, sahip oldu\u011fu sertifikalar\u0131, hobileri gibi bilgileri i\u00e7erecek \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f olarak ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) Son 6 aya ait 4,5&#215;6 ebad\u0131nda vesikal\u0131k foto\u011fraf\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) \u00d6\u011frenim belgesi ve Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu denkli\u011fi (Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu denkli\u011fi ile ba\u015fvuran adaylar i\u00e7in).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00e7) Uluslararas\u0131 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi olup, dil yeterlili\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan KPDS\/YDS seviyesine denkli\u011fi \u00d6SYM taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen puanla ba\u015fvuruda bulunulmas\u0131 halinde ilgili belgeyi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d) Proje M\u00fchendisi i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuruda bulunacak adaylar; alan\u0131nda en az 2 y\u0131l i\u015f tecr\u00fcbesini, M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131n internet adresinde bulunan \u201c\u0130\u015f Tecr\u00fcbesi Beyannamesi\u201d \u2019ne uygun olarak doldurduklar\u0131 form (Bu beyannamedeki bilgileri i\u00e7erecek \u015fekilde i\u015fyeri yetkilisince d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ve onaylanm\u0131\u015f belge as\u0131llar\u0131 atama esnas\u0131nda istenecektir.) ve bu beyanlar\u0131na uygun olarak Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu\u2019nun https:\/\/esgm.sgk.gov.tr\/Esgm\/ internet adresinden temin edecekleri sigortal\u0131 hizmet d\u00f6k\u00fcmleri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eksik belge, bilgi ve ko\u015fullar\u0131 uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurular de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nmayacak ve bu adaylar s\u0131nava \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7. S\u0131nav \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(1) Ba\u015fvuran adaylardan, bu ilanda belirtilen genel ve \u00f6zel \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yanlar aras\u0131ndan, KPSS sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re en y\u00fcksek puana (De\u011ferlendirme, adaylar\u0131n ge\u00e7erli olan KPSS puanlar\u0131ndan y\u00fcksek olan\u0131 ile yap\u0131l\u0131r.) sahip olandan ba\u015flanarak 5 (be\u015f) kat\u0131na kadar aday (son s\u0131radaki adayla ayn\u0131 puan\u0131 alanlar d\u00e2hil) s\u0131nava kat\u0131lmaya hak kazanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) S\u0131nava kat\u0131lmaya hak kazanan adaylar\u0131n, KPSS puanlar\u0131, s\u0131nav\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 yer, tarih ve saatleri M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131n internet sitesinde ayr\u0131ca ilan edilecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D. S\u0131nav<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u0131nav, aday\u0131n; alan bilgisi konular\u0131 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr, kavray\u0131\u015f ve anlat\u0131m yetenekleri ile davran\u0131\u015f gibi yetkinliklerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclece\u011fi m\u00fclakat usul\u00fcyle yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E. De\u011ferlendirme ve Atama<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(1) S\u0131nav (M\u00fclakat) de\u011ferlendirmesi 100 (y\u00fcz) tam puan \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. S\u0131nav Kurulu \u00fcyelerinin her bir adaya ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 verdikleri notlar\u0131n ortalamas\u0131, o aday\u0131n S\u0131nav notunu g\u00f6sterecektir. S\u0131navda (M\u00fclakat) ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in ortalama en az 70 (yetmi\u015f) puan al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) Adaylar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131 puan\u0131; KPSS puan\u0131 ve s\u0131nav notunun aritmetik ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 suretiyle belirlenecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(3) Ba\u015far\u0131 puan\u0131 en y\u00fcksekten en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u011fe do\u011fru s\u0131ralanmak suretiyle adaylar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131 belirlenecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(4) Bu s\u0131nav i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere, asil olarak kazanan aday say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde yedek belirlenebilecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(5) \u00d6\u011frenim b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin her biri i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan kontenjan adedinin 5 (be\u015f) kat\u0131 kadar aday ba\u015fvurusu olmamas\u0131, \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan aday bulunmamas\u0131 veya yap\u0131lacak s\u0131nav sonucunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 aday bulunmamas\u0131 halinde pozisyonlar i\u00e7in belirlenen \u00f6\u011frenim b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri aras\u0131nda kontenjanlar kayd\u0131r\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(6) Asil ve varsa yedek olarak yerle\u015ftirilmeye hak kazanan adaylar\u0131n listesi M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131n internet sitesinde ilan edilecektir. Ayr\u0131ca adaylara bir bildirimde bulunulmayacakt\u0131r. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bulunan adaylar, s\u0131nav sonucunun M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131n internet sitesinde duyuru tarihinden itibaren 10 (on) i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde atama i\u00e7in gerekli bilgi ve belgeleri tamamlamak suretiyle M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011fa teslim edeceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(7) Asil olarak yerle\u015ftirilmeye hak kazanan adaylar vize i\u015flemlerinin Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcteakip, M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131n internet sitesinde yap\u0131lacak tebli\u011f tarihinden itibaren 15 (on be\u015f g\u00fcn) i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6reve ba\u015flayacaklard\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6reve ba\u015flamayanlar, haklar\u0131n\u0131 kaybedeceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(8) Ger\u00e7e\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 belge ve beyan\u0131 tespit edilen adaylar, s\u0131nava al\u0131nmaz, s\u0131nava al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olsa bile s\u0131navlar\u0131 ge\u00e7ersiz say\u0131l\u0131r. Atamalar\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsa dahi bu atamalar iptal edilir ve bunlar hi\u00e7bir hak talep edemezler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">F.
