Ulusal A\u00e7\u0131k Eri\u015fim\u00a0\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131na \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcniversitelerden, kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan,<!--more--> mesleki derneklerden ve yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k\u00a0sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden 130 civar\u0131nda delege kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n amac\u0131, temel bilimsel literat\u00fcre a\u00e7\u0131k\u00a0eri\u015fim sa\u011flamak \u00fczere bilim camias\u0131n\u0131 bilgilendirmek ve konuyla ilgili fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmakt\u0131r.\u00a0Delegeler kamu kaynaklar\u0131yla desteklenen bilimsel yay\u0131n ve verilere herkesin \u00fccretsiz olarak\u00a0eri\u015febilmesi; bu yay\u0131n ve verilerin kurumsal ar\u015fivler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla eri\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bunun i\u00e7in\u00a0gereken politika, strateji, mevzuat ve a\u00e7\u0131k eri\u015fim alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve hizmetleri tart\u0131\u015fmak amac\u0131yla bir\u00a0araya gelmi\u015flerdir. 2.
